The Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented and analytically minded Product Data Analyst. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, this role will be instrumental in enabling strategic decision-making across Simpro Group's product portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in data and business analysis, with an interest in SaaS and product ecosystems.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• 5plus years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or product analytics in a SaaS or technology context.

• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel / Google Sheets, and a modern BI tool (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau), as well as experience working with product analytics platforms (e.g., Pendo, Mixpanel).

• Experience working with structured survey data and large datasets.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to synthesise complex data into clear recommendations and visualisations.

• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

• Familiarity with field service management or B2B SaaS is a plus.
