Job Description
The Mobility Electronics (ME) division develops new electronic control units and a wide range of sensors in close cooperation with manufacturing. These products are engineered to a state of the art level both in technology and reliability and are to be found in cars of a very large group of manufacturers. The ME-SN/ENG-HU department develops mechanical design and takes care of industrialization for the product portfolio. The ME/ECO1-HU group bundles cross functional topics for the ME community locally and worldwide: digitalization, data analytics, development processes, mCAD support, knowledge management, sustainability.
Your tasks:
► Leading agile digitalization and automation projects in collaboration with partner manufacturing units
► Performing project/product acquisition according to CRISP-DM or ARC42 approaches and standard ROI calculation
► Facilitating idea generation with partners, working out use cases with project teams
► Project planning (schedule, WBS, resource planning) for quarterly planning, sprints and projects in MCR
► Risk management in projects
► Performing project documentation according to defined team procedure
► Reporting project status to sponsors and management, managing stakeholder engagement and expectations
► Coordination of quarterly release train planning for the value stream extended portfolio on team level
► Participation in task forces, problem solving and ad-hoc data analytics activities as data analyst. Data mining and analytics in plant infrastructure
► Dashboard creation on demand in Tableau, Power BI or Dash
► On-demand presence in plants to enhance collaboration
Qualifications
► University or college degree in mechanical or mechatronic engineering, engineering management, economics or related field
► 1-2 yrs experience in project management w/ high management attention (planning, coordination, budget mgmt.. risk management)
► Solid knowledge of Jira tool for capacity planning
► Solid knowledge of Tableau and Power BI, Hadoop cluster and plant IT infrastructure for analytics purposes and content driven leadership
► Excellence in presentation both written and verbally
► Solid knowledge of cost and resource planning system (MCR) and related CTG processes
► Precise working style, good planning, time management and organizational skills, active tracking of tasks
► Ability to work individually and in international teams, sharing ideas and also managing stakeholders
► Be self-initiative, open, innovative and have a growth mindset
► Analytical and structured thinking and working style
► Ability to deliver in short term, tolerance of volatility in tasks and priorities
► Fluency in English
