Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain executive reporting dashboards for product portfolio health, milestone tracking, sprint progress, delivery performance, spend tracking, and resource utilization.
Use Power BI, Excel, and AI-enabled tools to automate and enhance reporting processes.
Create clear and visually compelling dashboards and presentations for senior leaders, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
Analyze data from JIRA, portfolio management tools, financial trackers, and other business systems to identify performance trends, delivery risks, and improvement opportunities.
Perform ad hoc analysis to answer business questions related to delivery performance, team capacity, milestone adherence, and portfolio effectiveness.
Translate data into concise executive-level insights and recommendations.
Leverage AI tools to improve reporting efficiency, summarize large datasets, generate insights, and support executive storytelling.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
5–7+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Product/Portfolio Analytics role.
Experience with Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, lookups, charts, and data analysis.
Hands-on experience working with JIRA data for reporting, sprint metrics, and delivery tracking.
Experience preparing executive-level dashboards and leadership reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into simple business insights.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly to business and executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting product management, PMO, governance, or portfolio operations
Familiarity with Confluence, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools.
Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI AI features,
Knowledge of Agile delivery metrics, sprint reporting, capacity planning
Experience in a fast-paced technology, SaaS, fintech, or enterprise operations Top of Form
