Your Job

  • Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand business challenges, product hypotheses, and decision-making needs

  • Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs related to user engagement, retention, conversion, and product performance, and derive concrete, actionable recommendations

  • Translate qualitative business questions into measurable analytical frameworks and reporting solutions

  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support product development

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, feature adoption, funnels, and customer journeys

  • Design and evaluate A/B tests and provide recommendations based on experiment results

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve tracking quality and event instrumentation

  • Present findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Your Profil

  • 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis and/or consultancy

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently

  • Experience in writing SQL queries and working with databases such as Amazon Redshift or Snowflake

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel and PowerBI skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Familiarity with programming languages like Python is a plus

Skills Required

  • 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis and/or consultancy
