We're looking for a Data Analyst with strong Power BI capability to join our growing team. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to design reporting solutions, build dashboards, and help transform complex data into meaningful insights.
 

What you'll do

  • Analyse and translate business requirements into scalable data and reporting solutions

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports

  • Build robust data models and deliver actionable insights for stakeholders

  • Provide Power BI administration, support, and troubleshooting

  • Develop and optimise DAX calculations and Power Query transformations

  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand data needs

  • Produce clear documentation and technical artefacts

  • Continuously improve reporting, data quality, and analytics capabilities

What you'll bring

  • Strong Power BI development experience

  • Experience with DAX, Power Query and reporting best practices

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capability

Bonus points for experience with:

  • SQL and data modelling

  • Databricks, Microsoft Fabric or dbt

  • GitHub and CI/CD practices

  • Data engineering concepts and modern analytics platforms
