This position- requires candidate to be located in Atlanta GA onsite- 4 days a week.

Concentrix is looking for a Data Analyst / Power BI Developer with strong experience building Power BI solutions from scratch, gathering business requirements, and delivering high-quality dashboards across complex data ecosystems.

Advanced in DAX, skilled in SQL Server / T-SQL, and experienced with Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate to build agents and automation that drive business efficiency.

Required: 

  • 2+ Years of Experience- BI Dev/Analyst
  • Power BI Development (from scratch development, not just supporting/maintaining existing reports)  Working with business stakeholders and complex data ecosystems to uncover requirements, build a plan for development, and execute at a high level including expert UI/UX development principles.
  • Copilot/Copilot Studio:  Building agents, automation, and processes that help business efficiency and transformation.
  • Advanced to expert DAX
  • SQL - solid working and hands on knowledge with SQL Server (TSQL Syntax) and how relational datasets are modeled and built
  • Power Automate - for building automation and agents within copilot.
  • Energetic, eager to learn, ask a ton of questions and motivated in a fast paced environment
  • Business Requirements and Consulting skills
  • Presentation and business acumen (PowerPoint, presenting complex data insights to non-technical business SME's)

Nice to have:

  • CCaaS experience (metrics for call centers, especially around automative buy back programs would be extremely beneficial)
  • Working knowledge or familiarity with Cloud Hyperscalers, most importantly Azure and Microsoft Fabric. Others like databricks, AWS, Snowflake, also OK but emphasis on MSFT data stack.
  • Python programming
  • Fabric IQ/Ontology familiarity or hands on working knowledge nice, but certainly not a requirement.

The base salary for this position is $92,250 - $95,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
