We are seeking an experienced Power BI Data Visualization Specialist to join our data team. In this role, you will work closely with business users to gather and understand their requirements, and translate them into clear, impactful, and user-friendly dashboards and reports.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, solid data processing experience, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality Power BI solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate directly with business users to gather and analyze reporting and analytics requirements
- Translate business needs into effective, visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports
- Design, develop, and optimize Power BI data models and visualizations
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and cleansing using SQL and Power Query
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across all reporting deliverables
- Continuously enhance reports and dashboards based on user feedback
- Work closely with cross-functional teams within the data organization
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis or related fields
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development and data visualization
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders
- Extensive experience in Power BI visualization best practices
- Solid data processing and transformation skills using SQL and Power Query
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights
- Experience in user-facing or consulting-oriented roles
- Strong understanding of Power BI data modeling (e.g., star schema, performance optimization)
- Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) or AI-related projects
- Be part of a centralized data team working on diverse and impactful projects
