About the Team

Zoom's Information Technology team is dedicated to delivering customer happiness, enhancing business efficiency, and fostering agility through innovation, data insights, and automation. Our impact is evident in seamless user experiences, streamlining processes, and supporting Zoom's growth in communication and collaboration. We deliver data-driven insights that optimize workforce effectiveness across Zoom. Our team partners closely with People Experience to solve complex talent challenges. We exist to turn people data into strategic advantage.

What we’re looking for

• Hold Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Demonstrate 5+ years of hands-on experience in people analytics or workforce analytics.

• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis with 5+ years of experience.

• Conduct statistical analysis using Python or R with 3+ years of experience.

• Present complex analytical findings to executive audiences with clarity and impact.

• Apply understanding of attribution modeling, customer journey mapping, funnel analysis, and marketing mix optimization.

• Translate business problems into technical solutions and analytical frameworks.

• Bring experience working with Workday or similar HRIS platforms is advantageous.
