  • Perform statistical and exploratory analyses to generate actionable insights.

  • Prototype machine-learning models and algorithms.

  • Help develop an agentic approach for the whole team and its stakeholders

  • Collaborate with developers on data/statistics tasks.

  • Communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.

  • Transform and prepare data using ETL tools such as DBT.

Ideal Skills & Capabilities

  • Experience with SQL, Python, R or similar analytical languages.

  • Understanding of ML fundamentals and MLOps concepts.

  • Experience with ETL tools (DBT preferred).

  • Ability to translate technical detail for non-technical audiences.

  • Collaborative mindset for cross-functional and global teamwork.

Preferred experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in dealing with data related technologies including database queries, programming, data mining/wrangling, analysis and reporting.

  • BEng or master’s in computer science, Data Science or any Engineering field

  • Interest in data, statistics, machine learning and data analytics is essential.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development along with logical and critical thinking.

  • Comfortable working with datasets, applying basic to intermediate statistics (from mean, median, quartile to histograms, KNN, K-means, Bayesian logic).

  • Being able to read, write and query using SQL.

  • Experience using PowerBI and Microsoft Fabric

  • Strong experience using statistical computer languages (Python, Scala, R, MATLAB) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications.

  • Experience using web services/languages: AWS, EC2, S3, Redshift, DigitalOcean etc.

  • Diligent and attentive to detail, have a strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with different teams in the company.
