Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Deploy, monitor, and maintainIoT devices in the field.
- Analyze device performance data to ensure optimal functionality.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement of services.
- Data processing and automation using Python.
- Use of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Grafana for data visualization and reporting.
- Create and maintain dashboards that provide insights into operational performance.
- Ability to leverage cloud tools for data storage and scalability.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.o
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Grafana
- Proficient in using SQL for querying and managing data from IoT devices.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues in the field.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and report on field activities.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and empathetically.
- Ability to manage multiple field projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) is beneficial.
- Fluency in English (written and sopken).
