Position Details:

As part of the Research, Strategic Data Initiatives team, you will report to Project Manager, MoBI. You will use a range of laboratory methods across projects, including functional and structural magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), electrophysiology (EEG), physiological measures (e.g., actigraphy, heart rate, respiration), computer-based tasks, eye-tracking, and ecological assessments. This is an exempt, full-time, hybrid position located in our NYC headquarters office or other relevant location. This position requires a minimum of four (4) days per week in the office, on a schedule determined by your supervisor. The in-office requirement and schedule are subject to change based on the needs of the program and the organization.

You Will:

  • General-purpose programming support for scientific and clinical projects, with a focus on data handling and analysis.

  • Implement and update quality data assurance and curation protocols.

  • Test, evaluate, and help to revise data processing / feature generation protocols.

  • Support the maintenance and revision of multimodal databases.

  • Collaborate with scientific literature review.

  • Attend and present at team meetings.

  • Contribute to peer-reviewed manuscript submissions for publication.

  • Help collect imaging, physiological, and behavioral data for assigned studiess

You Have:

  • Bachelor's Level degree in Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, or other related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 2+ years of clinical and/or research experience.

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Matlab, R and/or python).

Pay Range

The salary range for the position is posted. Factors such as candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this range. In addition, this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
