Nord Security Payments Team is responsible for securely handling card payments. Our end goal is to build an online payment platform that makes card payments seamless. Our core focus is to optimize payments processing and ensure that the payment has the highest chances of being successful.
Main Responsibilities
- Partner with the product team to understand Nordsec Payments' objectives and its processes through data.
- Apply this understanding and relevant data to help the product team to improve.
- Design key metrics to measure the performance of new and existing features.
- Design, support and replicate scalable data structures, including table creation, reporting, and data visualizations, to meet the needs and targets of the team.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify root causes, uncover interdependencies, forecast trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain standardized and ad hoc reports on critical KPIs and areas requiring attention.
- Clearly present analysis and insights to the team and stakeholders by using clear graphical representations and data visualizations.
Core Requirements
- Proven experience in a Data Analytics role.
- Self-driven, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert knowledge in extracting, manipulating, and analysing complex data SQL.
- Demonstrated expertise in communicating insights, streamlining reporting processes, and utilizing tools for data visualization (for example - Looker).
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or SaaS environments is preferred.
- Background or experience in the payments domain is a big plus.
Salary Range
- Monthly gross salary from 3200 - 5900 EUR.
