The Data Analyst is responsible for supporting and delivering value to the business through Data & Analytics initiatives.
This position will work closely with subject matter experts, data stewards, and analytics teams to understand challenges and opportunities in core business data. It will support accuracy and consistency of data through analysis and maintenance activities.
What You’ll Be DoingWork with key stakeholders to document and understand requirements and expectations for master data management
Perform detailed analysis in support of business requirements and maintenance activities
Coordinate with business users, data stewards, and technical resources to align on requirements and outcomes
Monitor and investigate data quality and consistency issues
Document and report on identified issues and create/execute mitigation plans
Manage ticket workflows to ensure proper clarity and consistency in issue resolution
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work with and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups
Self-motivated, mission-driven, and highly organized
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Strong SQL and data exploration abilities
Fundamental understanding of MDM and/or Data Governance concepts is preferred
Working experience with modern data platforms and reporting tools is also preferred
Education/Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or other analysis-heavy discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, etc.)
5-8 years of experience in data management or analytics roles
