Your responsibilities
-Analyse and annotate complex conversations following specific guidelines.
-Evaluate the quality of annotations and ensure that they are consistent.
-Provide feedback on the coherence of annotation guidelines.
-Provide your own insights on analyzed data, evaluate the model’s performance
Our Requirements
Must-haves:
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Great analytical skills and attention to detail
- Interest in working with text data
- Proactiveness and self-motivation
- Willingness to learn new things
- Ability to cooperate well with other professionals of different backgrounds
- In the case of contract of mandate, availability of at least 30 hours per week is required
Nice-to-haves:
- Understanding of an additional language: German, Italian, French, Spanish, Dutch (other languages also treated as a bonus)
- Previous experience with working with text data
- Knowledge of the financial domain
