This Position reports to:

Senior Project Finance Manager


 

In this role, you will support the development of a data-driven Internal Audit function by leveraging analytics, automation, and visualization to enhance audit effectiveness and insights. You will contribute to building modern audit capabilities while supporting risk management, operational excellence, and governance across a global organization. Working closely with Internal Audit stakeholders, you will transform data into actionable insights, enabling more informed decision-making and strengthening audit processes.

The location of this position is within Europe.

Your responsibilities:

  • Data Analytics & Audit Support: Conduct data analysis to identify anomalies, trends, and outliers, supporting audit activities and ad hoc internal audit projects.

  • Tools & Infrastructure Development: Support the development of Internal Audit data analytics infrastructure, including reusable data models, scripts, automated workflows, and analytics tools.

  • Data Management & Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through reconciliations and validation processes.

  • Visualization & Reporting: Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations, and enhance audit and management reports using clear visual storytelling techniques.

  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Contribute to building a modern, data-enabled Internal Audit function by developing, testing, and optimizing data analysis solutions.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling capabilities.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

  • Familiarity with data analytics and preparation tools (e.g., Alteryx, ACL Analytics, Python).

  • Strong communication skills in English, with high attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and a proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
