Job Description:
- Support Business Unit team to enable data-driven commercial decisions.
- Support Business Unit team to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights for management.
- Support Business Unit team to frame business problems and prepare business reports.
- Analyze large datasets to diagnose performance to identify opportunities.
- Help to maintain dashboards to track key commercial metrics.
- Deliver fast, ad-hoc analyses in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or relevant field, preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Informatics System, or Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and fluent in Google Spreadsheet (pivot, lookup, etc); comfortable working with large datasets.
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
