Razer Gold aims to become the world’s leading payment service provider for games and digital content. As our business grows to meet the needs of gamers globally, we are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to join our team and fulfil the needs of our gamer customer base.
As a Data Analyst Intern in Razer Gold, you will be an integral part of our Razer Gold Data Analytics team, working closely with experienced data professionals and business stakeholders. You will have the chance to develop your skills in data analysis, visualization, and predictive modelling, while also gaining valuable insights into the business world.

Job Descriptions

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards to visualize data insights.
• Work closely with internal requesters to gather requirements, understand, and collaborate on Power BI dashboard requirements.
• Create product requirement documents based on gathered requirements.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
• Support the development of predictive data models using Python.
• Write and optimize SQL scripts for data extraction and manipulation.
• Document data processes and create knowledge base documentation.
• Liaise with technical teams to understand data flow and limitations.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide consultation to users to address business issues and needs.
• Manage and support technical tasks, projects, and tools such as Atlassian Confluence & Jira.
• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely ad-hoc or automated operational reports.
• Prepare technical design documents to outline data logic, structure, sources, and flow, ensuring clarity and consistency for development and future maintenance.
• Assist in testing and validating reports to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and alignment with business requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly motivated self-starter, detail, and quality oriented.
• Ability to establish rapport with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
