Intern must be able to work the entirety of one of the two sessions.
This role is part of a newly created Data & Analytics team for Axos Advisor Services. Axos Advisor Services is a hybrid custodian and financial services company, our powerful, integrated custodial and banking solutions enable Registered Investment Advisers (RIAs) to offer a wider range of services to their clients. The team is tasked with development and management of metrics, reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and analyses. This is a unique opportunity to gain visibility and exposure to many key business units such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Sales, Service, Product, and Operations. You will work closely with Senior Analysts and VP, Data Analytics to further advance the reporting and analytics roadmap for Axos Advisor Services.
- Gather business requirements from subject matter experts and key stakeholders to develop metrics, KPIs, automated reports, and dashboards
- Create visually appealing, intuitive, and insightful Tableau dashboards and reports
- Continuously support business units with enhancement requests, technical issues, and data quality issues
- Maintain inventory of data definitions and process maps to ensure data integrity
- Analyze and evaluate existing reports and dashboards for accuracy and efficiency opportunities
- Perform ad-hoc analyses using quantitative and qualitative techniques and present findings to management through visual and easily digestible PowerPoint presentations
- Maintain accuracy and focus with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Collaborate with teams throughout the organization to promote knowledge-sharing
