As a Data Analyst II, HR Analytics here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data analytics to drive insights that enhance HR decision-making and improve organizational performance. In this role, you will impact the organization by utilizing data-driven insights to optimize HR processes, enhance employee engagement, and support workforce planning. Your analytical skills will help identify trends and patterns that inform strategic HR decisions and initiatives.
Your role will also include overseeing, supervising and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing end‑to‑end processes and projects for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely and accurate delivery; issuing clear instructions and directions to team members on tasks to be performed; and mentoring and guiding junior colleagues to support their skill development, professional growth, and overall success
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain reports using Oracle HCM’s OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
- Partner with HR IT to support FDI (Fusion Data Integration) reporting needs by translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on workforce trends, talent acquisition, retention, employee engagement, and performance
- Translate complex data into actionable insights
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across HR systems and reporting platforms
- Stay current on HR analytics trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the function
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of experience in HR analytics or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, Tableau, Power BI or similar visualization tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of R, Python, or SQL.
- Oracle or other HCM experience
