As a Data Analyst II, HR Analytics here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data analytics to drive insights that enhance HR decision-making and improve organizational performance. Your expertise in data analysis will be instrumental in providing actionable recommendations that support HR initiatives and strategies.
In this role, you will impact the organization by designing and deploying Oracle OTBI reports and dashboards that deliver data-driven insights that optimize HR processes, enhance employee engagement, and support workforce planning. Your report design skills will help identify trends and patterns that inform strategic HR decisions and initiatives.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain reports using Oracle HCM’s OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
- Partner with HR IT to support FDI (Fusion Data Integration) reporting needs by translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on workforce trends, talent acquisition, retention, employee engagement, and performance
- Translate complex data into actionable insights
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across HR systems and reporting platforms
- Stay current on HR analytics trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the function
You Must Have:
- 3 years of experience in HR analytics or a related field.
- Experience with HR systems and data management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, Tableau, Power BI or similar visualization tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
