As a Data Management Analyst here at Honeywell, you will ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility. Manage and optimize data processes, support business functions, and drive decisions with high-quality data insights. You will report directly to our Sr Director Data Project Management and you’ll work out of our Mexico City location on a Hybrid work schedule.

As an Advanced Data Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in the Master Data Governance area, focusing on creation, governance, and training of Customer and Product Master data policies and procedures. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing data quality, completeness, and maturity to drive business insights and support decision-making processes.

In this role, you will have business impact on the organization by ensuring high-quality master data that supports operational efficiency and strategic initiatives, ultimately enhancing the overall performance of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement governance processes for Customer and Product Master data.
  • Analyze data quality, completeness, and maturity metrics for Customer master data, Product Master data and transactional data and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on master data management best practices
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with multiple functions including customer service, sales, offering management, marketing and credit risk
  • Define, document and harmonize data quality rules, policies, approval processes, critical metrics, data profiling, exception reports and implement control plans to ensure data remains clean
  • Develop processes, build templates, guides and tracking tools to enrich master data
  • Act as liaison with Offering Management and Marketing team to capture product data, customer data and digital assets. Support marketing and eCommerce strategy.
  • Coordinate Product Data Readiness with Offering Managers to support new product launch Process and product obsolescence
  • Perform data validation testing and periodic audit for data quality
Qualifications

MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, or a related field
  • 4 + Years of experience working within Data / Master Data / Analytics / ecommerce / customer experience space
  • Proven professional experience in data analysis and/or master data governance.
  • Strong knowledge of data (and master data) quality principles and best practices.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, or similar.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Advanced English

  • Experience demonstrating an understanding of Product Categorization, Display Taxonomy, Data Stewardship, Data Quality and Metadata management
