This role will own the intake, validation, and standardization of in-market partner data across 13+ global partners, while also supporting reporting and analysis across distributors and wholesale channels. You will combine third-party partner data with internal (DTC) datasets to deliver comprehensive sales reporting and actionable insights across the wholesale and international business.

You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support business decision-making, while collaborating with data engineering and analytics teams to improve data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure. You will also proactively explore new tools, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance data workflows and insight generation.

This position is part of the Data Analytics team and supports key initiatives across Wholesale and International.

This position will report to the Director, Data Analytics.

What can you bring:

  • Strong SQL proficiency, including experience working with large datasets and supporting basic data modeling

  • Experience building dashboards and reporting tools using Tableau or similar platforms

  • Working knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and familiarity with Snowflake or similar systems

  • Experience working with both first-party and third-party datasets, including reconciling inconsistencies

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure data and translate it into actionable insights

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.

  • Ability to troubleshoot upstream/downstream data issues and trace data lineage across systems

  • Strong curiosity and a proactive mindset toward leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, data processing, and insight generation

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and data environments

  • Comfort with working in evolving tech stacks and navigating ambiguity while ramping up on unfamiliar systems

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a growth mindset and eagerness to continuously upskill

  • Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

Preferred:

  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods

  • Familiarity with POS, sell-through, and wholesale/distributor data

  • Experience working with wholesale, partner-driven, and/or DTC business models

  • Exposure to international or multi-market business environments

  • Experience partnering with data engineering to define data models, schema design, and transformation logic

  • Exposure to modern data tools or willingness to rapidly learn new platforms

What you will do:

  • Own and continuously improve the intake, validation, and standardization of international partner and wholesale data across all markets

  • Build and scale processes for collecting, organizing, and maintaining third-party data submissions

  • Sanitize and reconcile partner-reported data, identifying discrepancies and driving resolution of data quality issues

  • Combine third-party data with internal datasets to create comprehensive sales and performance reporting across wholesale and international channels

  • Support reporting and analysis across broader wholesale channels, including distributors and partner accounts

  • Support the development and ongoing maintenance of a centralized pricing data framework, improving visibility and consistency across markets, showrooms, and product lifecycles

  • Write SQL queries and support data modeling to transform raw data into structured, usable datasets

  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards that provide clear visibility into wholesale and international business performance

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights that inform decision-making

  • Contribute to efforts to consolidate product and inventory data across systems (e.g., Centric, BlueCherry, partner data), helping define requirements for a more unified data structure

  • Identify gaps and inconsistencies across data sources and work with data engineering and business teams to improve data integrity, accessibility, and usability

  • Deliver analysis and reporting that supports business reviews and contributes to executive-level discussions

  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines, infrastructure, and automation of reporting processes

  • Provide input into analytics and data project prioritization by representing wholesale and international business needs in sprint planning discussions
