Data Analyst - I
Linthicum, MD | On-site | 6-Month Assignment | 40 hrs/week
Position Summary
The Data Analyst/Reviewer will support the Production Engineering team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that data packages meet established requirements and standards. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and other departments.
Key Responsibilities

Review data packages against documented requirements, including drawings, purchase orders, and space application requirements.

Retrieve supplier data packages from the receiving department.

Scan and upload data packages into the system repository.

Approve data packages when requirements are met.

Apply knowledge of EEE components and Parts Management processes (preferred).
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree minimum.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to follow processes from start to finish with accuracy.

Excellent attention to detail to identify missing or incorrect data.

Effective verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting.

Strong collaboration skills and willingness to ask questions when needed.

Self-management with the ability to maintain schedules.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 2+ years of experience.

At least 1 year of experience with document review.

Familiarity with 6-part drawing format and military specifications.

This position requires U.S. citizenship due to government contract requirements.

Must be local to the job site in Linthicum, MD.

On-site only — telecommuting not available.
