What you will do
Monitor and analyze key growth metrics across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into growth performance.
Support the design, analysis, and validation of growth experiments and initiatives.Identify drivers behind metric changes, anomalies, or performance dips, and communicate insights clearly.
Collaborate closely with cross-regional analytics stakeholders to align methodologies, share context, and ensure analytical consistency.
Skills, qualifications and experience we look for
3-5+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or related roles within tech, AI, or product-driven companies.
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
Strong technical foundation, including advanced SQL, dashboard design, metric design, experimentation analysis, and experience working with large, complex datasets.
Execution-oriented mindset, with a willingness to get hands dirty, investigate issues end-to-end, and follow through from insight to validation.
Clear communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders.
