For our expanding Warsaw-based CMG (Capital Markets Group) business line we are looking for you as  Data Analyst.

You will be part of a collaborative international support team that enables the success of JLL’s Capital Markets business across Germany.
 

Job Overview

• Jointly work on Capital Markets mandates with our German JLL Capital Markets teams across different asset classes (Office, Retail, Residential, Industrial)
• Perform property-related research and analysis, such as land registry extracts, zoning plans, land values, ESG criteria, rent roll data, etc.
• Write market and property descriptions in German and English
• Conduct micro-location research: identify and map points of interest (POIs) in the immediate vicinity of a property
• Assist with macro-location analysis: place assets within the German regional/national context and collect basic socio-economic indicators
• Use internal tools (e.g. Value) to update market diagrams (e.g. rental development, pricing trends)
• Update and format standard research and market slides provided by the central Research team
• Support preparation of client-facing presentations (e.g. teasers, pitch decks, investment memorandums) using structured templates
• Assist with deal tracking sheets, offer documentation and basic due diligence coordination
• Support CRM (Salesforce/Capforce) data entry and maintenance throughout project lifecycles, Maintenance of project opportunities and transaction data
• Collaborate closely with the Capital Markets teams in Germany and provide regular support on recurring and ad-hoc tasks throughout the transaction process

Desired skills and experience for this job

• Good German (minimum C1) and good English proficiency (minimum B2)
• A basic interest in real estate, the real estate market, and industry trends
• Well-organised, have an eye for detail, and demonstrate a “Can-Do” attitude in everything you do
• Good skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work on multiple deliverables per day and articulate potentially conflicting priorities timely
• The following skills will impact your application positively, but aren’t a must:
• Administration or financial background
• Advanced Excel and basic VBA skills
• Previous working experience in the real estate or BPO industry
