ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking motivated Fraud Data Analyst and a team leader who are passionate, results focused to take accountability in the Fraud Prevention and Detection Team. You will be part of our operation team and will be responsible for contributing to fraud and scams prevention and detection decisions, policy and processes.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide fraud analysis and create reports to support the prevention and detection of fraud and scams. You’ll play a key role in delivering strategic and operational goals by:

• Using data analysis to identify patterns in fraud and scams.
• Designing, building and testing fraud rules.
• Working with your team to understand fraud and scam trends and identifying options to reduce these trends.
• Designing and building reports that improve insight and reduce the need for day-to-day queries.
• Presenting insights through visual analytics.
• Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Essential Capabilities:

• Experience in the application of data science methods and/or AI
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to take a customer driven approach and consistently make decisions with the customer experience front of mind
• Think outside the square and create innovative solutions

Experience:

• 1+ years experience in an analytics related role where data science methodologies were applied
• Proven exposure and interest in database analysis, reporting and application programming (including, but not limited to PowerBI, SQL, Splunk, Python, R, Java).
