Data Analytics Specialist – Support global Patient, Safety & Quality operations through advanced analytics, automation, and data-driven insights in a highly regulated environment.
Your role:
Enable faster, more reliable business decisions by designing, automating, and maintaining data pipelines, analytics, and dashboards with a strong focus on data quality and compliance.
Act as part of a global data analytics hub, collaborating and responding promptly to queries from various business units across the US, Europe, Asia, and Latin America to support day-to-day analytical needs.
Balance advanced analytical programming with operational, recurring analytics ensuring consistent, validated, and traceable outputs.
You work effectively in structured delivery models, and able to identify and implement opportunities for automation and process optimization.
Grow as a data professional within a highly regulated industry, working to ensure data accuracy, transparency and compliance with industry regulations and standards.

You're the right fit if:
Experience: 3+ years of experience delivering analytics, data products, or evidence within a highly regulated industry (e.g., MedTech, Pharma, Life Sciences, or similar).
Skills: You have strong hands-on experience with Python or SQL, and you build analyses and data pipelines that are version-controlled rather than ad-hoc or manual. Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps experience would be nice to have.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
Comfortable working in environments requiring data validation, verification, governance, and compliance, with flexibility to alternate between development and operational analytics work.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office role.
