THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, organized, experienced Problem Solver Data Analyst to join our team. You’ll serve as the data expert across various projects, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams throughout the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze customer data to identify classification problems and anomalies, primarily using SQL.
- Design, plan, and implement projects and automation tools for internal use.
- Provide near real-time customer support (Data Tier 2-3) and deliver professional, data-related technical responses.
- Collaborate with customers and sales teams to deliver actionable insights and reports.
- Communicate with global customers, providing quick responses and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with R&D and Research teams to optimize Cyera’s product and enhance customer data security.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hands-on experience (3+ years) in analyzing large and complex datasets, including data manipulation, statistical analysis, and drawing conclusions.
- Exceptional customer-facing and communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Highly Preferred - Spanish Speaker
- B.A./B.S. in a related field is an advantage.
COMPENSATION INFORMATION:
In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
