About the role:
This role will analyze financial and sales operations data. Further, additional focus for this role will be systemizing the reporting of financial and sales metrics by leveraging financial and sales operations data sets. The analyst will be responsible for managing routine reporting processes, visualizing key performance indicators, ensuring data accuracy, and identifying trends in sales team performance.
A day in the life of our Data Analyst:
• Manage process for routine report generation in excel (weekly)
• Data visualization in tableau or other BI tool (or domo)
• Gathering data from various sources and identify data inconsistencies and implement corrections.
• Ensuring data quality
• Data analysis of sales operations and sales performance KPIS, ARR, Product Mix, etc.
• Analyze sales team performance through sales team stages and identify performance issues
Who We’re Looking For
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree from accredited university
• 2-3 years' experience in data science
• Intermediate-expert skill level in excel
• Familiarity using and navigating Tableau preferred or similar BI tools (i.e. domo)
Preferred:
• Familiarity building reports and/or data queries in net suite and SFDC.
• Familiar extracting information from Snowflake (preferred) or similar tool (Microsoft sql)
The hourly rate for this role is $60-$69/hr. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
