Data Analyst Consultant

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and draw conclusions.

•Knowledge of statistical methods: Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques, including regression, correlation, and hypothesis testing.

•Data visualization skills: Ability to create clear and effective visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau.

•Proficiency in data analysis tools: Experience with SQL, R, Python, or other programming languages used in data analysis.

•Communication skills: Ability to communicate findings to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

•Business acumen: Understanding of business processes and how data can be usedto improve them.

•Work closely with Project Managers, IT and business management on multiple development projects to identify and translate complex business requirementsinto architectural design and also accountable for the successful Power Platform Solution implementation.

•Develop software that controls the power platforms, monitors their performance, and transmits data to external systems.

•Develop applications using Microsoft Power Platform products: Power Apps, Power Bi, and Power Automate among others.

•Work with internal and external clients to create and support business applications, reports, and workflows with a Power Platform solution.

•Provide day-to-day maintenance and enhancements of the Power Platformapplication systems in test and production operations.

•Identify and troubleshoot application issues and issues resolution or escalation.

Skills/Experience Required:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills andexperience:

•Do complete data, Data collection, Visualization analysis, Story Telling across different data domains. Find Data Quality issues. Do Historical Data Analysis.

•Two to four years of experience with Data analysis and the power platform development life cycle, product and service life cycle management andexperience in customizing database forms, fields, views, workflows and BIreports/dashboards.

•Strong practical experience across the full set of Microsoft Power Platform components

•Proficient with SharePoint Online, .Net, Power Platform suite including Power Bi, SQL and programming languages; proficient in industry standard best practices, which include but are not limited to Coding Standards, Coding modularity/Re-use, Application Design/Prototypes, Coding analyzer/profiling Toolsets.

•Exceptional verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; demonstrated ability to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans; Knowledge of process governance and improvement methodologies and concepts; able to prioritize issues and deliver high quality, timely results

· Able to work independently and take lead roles in developing applications.

· Must be good at building and maintaining relationships with clients and employees.
