Data Analyst - Client Outcomes

Our emergent Bill Only solution provides a comprehensive system of record for Hospitals and Health Systems to manage the complexity of surgical cases with implantable medical devices, expose hidden expenses and surface revenue opportunities.

As a Data Analyst - Client Outcomes at Casechek, you will be at the forefront of data-driven decision-making and innovation. You'll ensure the integrity of our analytics pipelines through cutting-edge automation and best practices. Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and validate: Production dashboards, reporting systems, and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
• Examine, interpret and present results of analytical initiatives to client stakeholders.
• Understand healthcare processes related to surgical procedures, the data those processes generate, and where opportunities for improvement can be found
• Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences. Guide internal and external teams through data specifications and analyses.
• Manage tasks and projects, communicate progress and roadblocks as needed.
• Leverage Databricks, to design and develop systems for the maintenance of our data lakehouse, ETL processes, and business intelligence systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity in Casechek’s analytics processes.

Requirements

• Excellent Data Visualization skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a STEM field.
• 6+ years experience in data mining and analytics.
• Advanced SQL
• Experience working with healthcare data, especially EMR and/or ERP data.
• Exceptional communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Databricks preferred.
• Proficiency in Python, data modeling, machine learning, and creating data pipelines a plus
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to change and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
