JOB OVERVIEW
The Data Analyst will focus on managing, analyzing, and visualizing data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in data management, reporting, and dashboard development using Power BI, along with a solid understanding of data governance and best practices.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Management & Analysis
- Collect, clean, and structure data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Perform data analysis to generate insights that support business objectives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective data solutions.

- Power BI Development
- Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Optimize data models and visualizations for performance and usability.
- Implement and manage Power BI gateways, datasets, and security settings.
- Collaboration & Support
- Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, sales, etc.) to deliver actionable insights.
- Train and support users in accessing and interpreting Power BI dashboards.
- Troubleshoot issues related to data integrity, reporting errors, and dashboard functionality.
- Governance & Best Practices
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
- Maintain documentation for data sources, processes, and reporting workflows.
- Continuously improve reporting efficiency and accuracy through automation and process enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or BI development.
- Proven experience with Power BI (report creation, DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
