This role will focus primarily on supporting the Service Operations team for new business unit with data analysis to generate insights leveraging prebuild reports and dashboard products.
- Data Mining and Engineering: Uses tools and techniques to identify patterns in data, transforming raw information into actionable insights. Designs systems for data collection, storage, and large-scale analysis while ensuring consistency and integrity.
- Data Visualization and Reporting: Leverages visual tools to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities, making data more accessible for strategic decision-making.
- Statistical and Descriptive Analysis: Applies statistical methods to understand data, detect anomalies, and validate findings before providing recommendations to stakeholders.
- Machine Learning Models and Operations: Develops predictive models for operational, analytical, and financial needs, including customer segmentation, retention, and forecasting results.
- Fluent English skills
- Experience in building data performance / financial analysis
- Bachelor's degree
- Data Analytics and tools:
- Power BI/Looker, Tableau, Sigma, or other BI tools, SQL
- Excel, Office Suite
