Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design and maintain accurate and efficient data models to support the agency compensation analysis
- Analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights to aid decision-making processes
- Create and manage detailed to simulate compensation scenarios ad projections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data models align with business objectives
- Provide intelligence and reporting to monitor the impact of related agency compensation and remuneration
- Leverage various tools and techniques to optimize data accuracy and efficiency
- Understand and incorporate agency distribution metrics into modelling process
- Present data-driven findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear and concise format
- Automate workflows and analyze large datasets
Job Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in reporting and visualization tools
- Experience in master Tableau, Python and Excel is highly preferrably
- Knowledge in SQL and scripting and programming languages is a plus
