As a key member of Imaging Informatics (II) ) NAR Customer Operations team, you will identify relevant insights and compile analytical performance reports. Ensuring that a set of activities and outputs meets an organization's goals in an effective and efficient manner.
We are looking for highly motivated Data Analyst who has strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret significant amounts of information to support Tableau CRM, Tableau, Power BI, and QlikSense dashboards and projects. Able to translate business requirements into user stories and Functional Requirement Specifications in accordance with approved IT Architecture.
Key to success in this role is the ability to work quickly, clearly articulate tasks and drive accountability across stakeholders while delivering on time and within expected quality standards.

General Requirements:
- Perform data analysis, produce data samples/prototypes and produce ad-hoc reports.
- Experience with Mitratech HotDocs or similar document automation platforms
- Hands‑on experience using Mitratech HotDocs for document automation and template management
- Proficiency in document automation tools (e.g., Mitratech HotDocs)
- Obtain and analyze data by accessing multiple sources, including SAP and data warehouses to enable agile data analysis and data preparation for front end BI implementation in Qliksense, PowerBi, Tableau and other reports
- Act as the Azure SME for data sourcing as new projects are kicked-off.
- Identifies trends and issues in data using advanced analysis techniques. Provides technical and analytical assessments of issues facing the business and presents findings to key stakeholders.
- Filter and clean data by reviewing reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to locate and correct problems.
- Partner and collaborate with IT, Product owners and BI Analysts to provide input to project timelines, scope, and risks for Business Intelligence initiatives
- Developing a clear understanding of system landscape, data repositories and its interrelationships
- Assists with customizing existing reports and data manipulation
- Assists in verification of data loading and manage the Quality of the data sets.
- Develop reports and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity issues and problems
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Utilize LEAN and Kaizen concepts to identify and implement data driven continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree is required; degree in a business and/or computer science-related field is highly desired.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of providing BI data solution on Azure PaaS using Azure SQL Database, Azure Analysis Services, Azure Automation, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake and Blob Storage.
- Design the Azure Data bricks to process the ETL transformation using Python notebooks (Python is required). Working knowledge on Data Science using Azure ML Ops would be a plus
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience working with Tableau, Qlik, Microsoft PowerBI and other advanced analytics and visualization tools.
- Technical data analysis skills and intermediate knowledge of SQL and relational database languages and structure; experience with additional programming languages desired (R, Python, etc.).
- Capacity to actively manage and deliver on client expectations around project activities, timelines, deliverables, outcomes, etc.
- Ability to provide targeted communication, both verbal and written, to internal and external stakeholders.
- A strong analytical mind with proven problem-solving abilities, analytical and process redesign skills, quantitative reasoning, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large amounts of information and data, draw meaningful conclusions, synthesize insights, and propose improvements.
- Skill in working with a diverse group of professionals and personalities in a team environment.
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
- Ability to work effectively from home with hours primarily conducted on US East Coast or Central time.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with English fluency.
You will report to the Solutions & Service Revenue Operations Lead, for Philips Imaging Informatics (II) Business Group (BG), which provides affordable and integrated informatics solutions for health systems. We believe that by enabling intelligent decision-making and improving clinical pathways, our solutions will lead to better clinical, operational, and financial outcomes across the health continuum.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
