The Data Analysis Manager is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of intuitive, yet robust and well curated reporting assets & user self-serve solutions within Customer Experience Operations. Individuals with a proven track record of building reporting tools and delivering data solutions that enable prompt, well informed business decisions will be strong candidates for this role. The Data Analysis Manager will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to gather business requirements, work as part of a cross-functional team to develop strategic reporting solutions roadmap and help oversee its successful implementation. Additional responsibilities include analyzing data to provide insights and support for key projects, programs, and initiatives. By demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with leveraging data visualization techniques and analytical acumen, the Data Analysis Manager will develop and deliver reporting, analysis and recommendations that support informed decision making and business insights.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

  • Works with business partners and stakeholders across multiple products, business, or organizational areas to understand primary strategy, objectives, and priorities; helps connect these goals with underlying data and delivers insight driven analysis.
  • Leads initiatives to design and implement enterprise user self-serve tools (Reporting, Dashboards & Scorecards).
  • Effectively utilizes tools, techniques, and processes to gather, report and analyze data, including Oracle PL/SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, Toad, Oracle SQL Developer, Excel, and other data mining, preparation, and visualization tools.
  • Effectively translates complex data driven analysis into clear, meaningful, and actionable findings; provides relevant solutions and recommendations.
  • Leads collaborative, cross functional initiatives, and projects; provides thought leadership on data requirements and scope of analysis necessary to support decision-making and deliver business insights.
  • Analyzes current and historical performance, performs variance analyses of key metrics, and identifies trends.
  • Solicits feedback and continuous learning opportunities to expand knowledge and capabilities related tools, techniques, relevant data analytics principles and methods required to perform operational analysis.
  • Meet established timelines and committed tasks during each sprint cycle and proactively communicates any risks, issues, or challenges in meeting deliverables.
  • Provide guidance, direction and thought leadership to one or more junior analysts.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field(i.e. Business Intelligence & Analytics, Information Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, etc. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related fiel
  • Advanced experience with UX/UI design as it relates to designing reporting solutions/ user self-serve tools
  • Vast experience working directly with business leaders and supporting multiple stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Data Modeling within PowerBI & Advanced Dax and/or M. And/or Advanced knowledge and experience using Tableau & Tableau Prep.
  • Skilled analytic and diagnostic skills utilizing a data-driven/metrics-driven approach. (Data Storytelling).
  • Advanced reporting knowledge and significant experience building and delivering enterprise reporting solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Data Modeling within PowerBI & Advanced Dax and/or M. And/or Advanced knowledge and experience using Tableau & Tableau Prep.
  • Intermediate SQL skills, preferably in and Oracle PL/SQL environment.
  • Skilled analytic and diagnostic skills utilizing a data-driven/metrics-driven approach. (Data Storytelling).
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills with a proven history of influencing outcomes and gaining alignment.


USD 88,300.00 - 147,100.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $88,300.00 - $147,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
