GN Hearing Denmark is looking for a Sales Representative to grow our presence on Zealand and support hearing care professionals in delivering the most effective solutions to people with hearing loss.
In the role as Sales Representative, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer here at GN Hearing, a part of GN. You will manage and develop a portfolio of public and private customers on Zealand, combining your audiology knowledge with sales, training and support on our innovative hearing solutions.
The team you will be part of
At our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark, you will be part of the Danish Sales team and report to Sales Manager Denmark, Silja Hofby de Neergaard.
You will join a small, collaborative team of colleagues who share knowledge and support each other to reach common goals. You will work closely with Marketing and Customer Service in Denmark, and you will also be part of the wider North Europe cluster, where colleagues across the Nordics, Benelux, the UK and Ireland share insights and best practices.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Manage and develop sales in an assigned customer portfolio on Zealand, in line with agreed targets.
Present, promote and sell GN Hearing products and services to existing and new public and private customers.
Plan, carry out and follow up on customer visits and sales activities according to quarterly plans.
Build, develop and maintain long-term business and customer relationships, including direct outreach.
Provide product training, support and advice on hearing aids, accessories, software and apps to hearing care professionals.
Use CRM and other tools to plan activities, document customer interactions and follow up on opportunities.
Prepare sales presentations and help plan and execute customer events in collaboration with the sales team, Marketing and Customer Service, including phone support to audiology assistants.
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
Have an education as an audiologist and bring solid practical experience from hearing care or audiology clinics.
Bring experience using your background in audiology in a commercial context, for example within sales, customer support or training.
Communicate clearly and effectively with healthcare professionals at different levels and enjoy presenting and teaching.
Work in a structured and rational way, process information effectively and take initiative to solve challenges and move activities forward.
Are comfortable using MS Office and general IT systems, including CRM, and hold a valid category B driving licence.
