Maintain a consistent flow of incoming and outgoing damaged product.  Sort, wash, and repack product in proper cartons approved for resale.

Responsibilities/Expectation

  • Must be certified on pallet jack and forklift.
  • Must be clean shaven and have proper hygiene.
  • Must wear steel-toed boots at all times in the warehouse.
  • Must always wear safety glasses in damage area.
  • Repacks cartons of beer/soda damaged in packaging: Removes containers, such as bottles or cans, from damaged or unclean cartons and places containers in another carton.
  • All good product in damaged cases must be washed and dried before being repacked.
  • Seals new containers with hot glue gun.
  • Duplicates code date found on damaged case using electronic label maker.
  • On repacked product, makes sure that the oldest date per unit is displayed on the outside of the repacked product.
  • Positions code date label in designated area on new package.
  • Move repacked product to designated cart to be put back into inventory and to proper location. Refills bin location in the system.
  • Must inventory and order repack as needed.
  • All product left on shelf must be checked for fresh dates.
  • Ensures the separation of alcoholic products from nonalcoholic products within the Damage Area.
  • Must maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Make sure safety glasses are always used.
  • Must successfully complete the MillerCoors Distributor Quality Audit Program.
  • SAFETY IS ALWAYS FIRST IN EVERYTHING YOU DO.
