Field sales and merchandising role for Cone Distributing: service assigned retail routes, stock and merchandise beer products and displays, manage SKU and inventory counts, build relationships with chain and independent accounts, use route/accounting and POS ordering apps, meet monthly sales and QA objectives, maintain vehicle and equipment, comply with all regulations, and support deliveries and promotional activities.

Perform route sales support, merchandising, inventory counts, and deliveries. Use Encompass/RAS and mobile devices to generate orders, execute sets, maintain planogram and QA standards, and collaborate with drivers, sales teams, and store personnel. Must lift kegs, work early/variable hours, and hold a Class A CDL with DOT certification.

Sort, wash, inspect and repack damaged beverage products into approved cartons, label with correct code dates, seal packages, maintain inventory records, and follow safety and quality programs (including forklift operation and MillerCoors audit). Requires maintaining separation of alcoholic/nonalcoholic products and keeping the damage area clean and safe.

Provide day-to-day HR operations support including compliance, HRIS administration, benefits and leave administration, recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, workers' compensation and DOT compliance, HR reporting, and general HR administrative support to leadership and staff.
