Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a temporary DA Administrator responsible for timely creation of Final Disbursement Accounts (FDA) for all Agency nominations received in Greece and Cyprus.
What you will work on:

Responsible for checking and completing PDA and FDA for different segment port calls in different systems and applications based on the Local DA process guidelines as well as Principal’s instructions.

Communicating with Local Port offices with request to obtain invoices and das and verify correctness of DA issued based on existing tariffs and agreements .

Arranging FDA and documents distribution in accordance with the company and the customer requirements .

Sending overdue DAs’ list to local port as per agreed frequency (weekly, twice a month, etc.)

Fulfilling principals’ requirements in relation to the invoicing pricing and process for each principal.

Fulfilling Cruise Clients applications and process in relation to D/As , Invoices and Port expenses

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data

Monitor/follow-up timely receipt of service provider invoices from SA Operators/Finance.

Close cooperation with SA Operations and Finance ensuring established process is followed.
What you bring:

Secondary school education and relevant working experience

Good command of written and spoken English
-
Computer literate.

High level of accuracy in work
-
Experience in Port operations-Disbursements Accounts will be considered a plus
