About the role

• We are looking for an experienced D365 Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery and managed services engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in D365 F&O, with proven experience in Retail/Commerce modules and Managed Services/Support projects.

Essential Functions

• Lead D365 F&O implementation and managed services projects
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
• Drive governance, risk management, and adherence to best practices
• Coordinate onsite-offshore delivery teams, ensuring quality and timely execution
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project consultants and technical teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience with at least 5+ years in D365 F&O Project Management
• Strong exposure to Retail/Commerce modules in Dynamics 365
• Experience in Managed Services / Support projects (not just implementations)
• PMP/Prince2 certification is highly desirable
• ITIL certification or ServiceNow experience preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
