About the role
- We are looking for an experienced D365 Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery and managed services engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in D365 F&O, with proven experience in Retail/Commerce modules and Managed Services/Support projects.
Essential Functions
- Lead D365 F&O implementation and managed services projects
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
- Drive governance, risk management, and adherence to best practices
- Coordinate onsite-offshore delivery teams, ensuring quality and timely execution
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project consultants and technical teams
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of total experience with at least 5+ years in D365 F&O Project Management
- Strong exposure to Retail/Commerce modules in Dynamics 365
- Experience in Managed Services / Support projects (not just implementations)
- PMP/Prince2 certification is highly desirable
- ITIL certification or ServiceNow experience preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
