Position Summary: 

The D365 Support Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the organization. You will be the primary point of contact for users seeking support and guidance on the D365 system, resolving both functional and technical issues that arise. As a key team member in supporting the ongoing success and optimization of our D365 platform, you will work closely with various business units to understand their needs, identify pain points, and offer solutions that enhance their workflows.Your responsibilities will include addressing user queries, troubleshooting system functionality, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve business processes within D365. You'll be responsible for maintaining system stability, supporting data integrity, and collaborating with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and seamless use of the system. This position requires a balance of technical knowledge and business acumen, as you'll need to understand how D365 is used in different business contexts, from Finance and Operations to Supply Chain and Sales, and translate technical solutions into business value.

Additionally, you will assist in the training and onboarding of new users, helping them become proficient in their use of D365 and ensuring they can leverage the system effectively for their day-to-day operations. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, you'll participate in system enhancements and upgrades, acting as a liaison between end-users and technical teams, and helping to drive projects that contribute to the overall growth and efficiency of the business.This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to support a dynamic and evolving business environment. Your contributions will play a vital part in driving the company’s success through optimized use of D365 and ensuring our users can work effectively and efficiently.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide D365 Support: Offer functional and technical support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving issues across various D365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.).
  • User Training & Documentation: Assist in creating user manuals, guides, and conducting training sessions for end-users to improve D365 system understanding and utilization.
  • System Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Monitor D365 for performance issues, bugs, and errors; work closely with internal teams or third-party vendors to resolve any incidents promptly.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Assist in maintaining data integrity by performing routine checks and corrections. Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed to support business operations.
  • System Enhancements & Testing: Participate in testing new features, system enhancements, and upgrades, ensuring they are in line with business requirements and work seamlessly with existing processes.
  • User Access & Security Management: Assist with user role management, security settings, and access permissions to ensure compliance and data security.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, Finance, Operations, and other departments, to identify system improvements and provide solutions to support their functional needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date on the latest D365 developments and recommend best practices and system optimizations to improve overall functionality and performance

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to legally work in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a support or analyst role.
  • Basic knowledge of D365 modules (such as Finance, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain) and familiarity with troubleshooting standard issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Experience with user support, training, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with SQL queries, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps), and basic system configurations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
  • Experience in ERP system implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
  • Exposure with business processes within industries like manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or sales.
  • Maintain/replace legacy systems written in VB and C#.
  • Familiarity with ticketing/support systems for managing and tracking issues (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP) or similar are a plus.
     

Working Conditions: 

  • Long periods of sitting.
  • Extended periods of working on a computer.
  • Periodically, you may have to walk into the plant where noise levels can be distracting, and there may be airborne particulates.
  • This is an on-site position.
  • Occasional travel may be required.


Pay range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 depending on experience.

Benefits for this role include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA, HSA, 401(k) Plan with Company Match, Vacation & PTO, and Tuition Reimbursement. There is also a potential for a discretionary bonus this bonus is based on personal & company performance and is not a guaranteed bonus plan.
