Provide day-to-day HR support at the Montgomery facility including employee inquiries, HRIS recordkeeping, payroll assistance, onboarding, training coordination, and investigations. Support employee relations, conduct fact-finding interviews, prepare investigation summaries, and assist with compliance, unemployment claims, and HR reporting. Temporary 6-month role with potential for permanent hire.

Perform QA testing on raw and finished food products, record results in spreadsheets, label and move inventory, follow GMP/HACCP/SQF practices, maintain safety and cleanliness, and support process improvement projects under manager direction.

Manage end-to-end corporate packaging graphics and labeling programs, oversee USDA/Canada label submittals and approvals, proof and sign off packaging proofs and live samples, maintain packaging specifications and regulatory documentation, and serve as primary internal and external contact for graphics, suppliers, and customer inquiries.

Lead enterprise pricing strategy and governance; develop and maintain customer and product profitability models; analyze margins across customers, products, and channels; partner cross-functionally to support pricing decisions, deal evaluation, forecasting, and process automation.

Lead finance and accounting functions, drive financial strategy, oversee budgeting/forecasting, ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, manage cash/working capital, coordinate audits, partner with business leaders to improve profitability, and mentor the finance team while preparing to advance into the VP Finance & Accounting role.
