Introduction:  

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior D365 Lead Developer and Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, with a focus on the CRM suite. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of an international team and should have excellent communication skills. The Microsoft MS Dynamics 365 Technical consultant will be based in GlobalFoundries office in Bangalore and work closely with Implementation partners, Vendor resources, Functional consultants and Business users 

Your Job:  

• Develop, deploy, customize, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, with a focus on the CRM suite, including Sales, Customer Service, Project Operations, and   Marketing. 
• Install and deploy CRM Organizations with both managed and unmanaged solutions. 
• Customize and create CRM entities to meet business requirements. 
• Understand and implement business workflows, custom APIs and pro cesses within        the CRM framework. 

Utilize the CRM SDK and plugin platforms effectively. 

• Develop plugins and custom workflows using C#. 
• Develop JavaScript and Typescript for enhancing CRM functionalities. 
• Create Model-driven apps and Canvas apps using PowerApps. 
• Create custom controls using PowerApps Component Framework (PCF)
• Exposure to developing and managing power pages is an advantage. 
• Demonstrate experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure functions, WebApps, WebApi, Webjobs, App services, App Service Environments and XRM toolbox. 
• Demonstrate familiarity with Power Automate Flows. 
• Demonstrate proficiency in SQL Databases, stored procedures, and data views. 
• Demonstrate familiarity with Azure DevOps for managing CI/CD pipelines. 

Required Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. 
• Extensive experience with the CRM suite  
• Strong knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. 
• Experience with .NET, C#, and SQL Server. 
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
