About the Role

We have exciting projects coming in fast.

sa.global is looking for an exceptional Project Lead to assist in documenting the project’s goals and objectives, creating and maintaining the project’s budget and schedule, examining the project progress reported against the work schedules, and providing recommendations to improve the project’s progress using Azure DevOps.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation repository following the sa.global ACCelerate implementation methodology.
• Assist with processes for financial control and other ad hoc reporting and support.
• Learn tools and systems to support the Project Implementation phases.
• Intermediate data mining and aggregation skills.
• Effective communicator with senior levels of the organization, including Focal point for all project documentation matters.
• Assist with defining WBS (work breakdown structures).
• Ensure all projects timesheets are completed on time and within budget.
• Assists with resource planning, allocation, and scheduling.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project documentation impacting scope, schedule and costs.
• Assist with tracking project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Analyse the successful completion of short-and long-term goals.
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Regularly meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements.
• Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders.
• Adhere to internal governance and project methodologies.
• Prompt internal escalation and briefing of upcoming issues.

Skills and Experience

Required:

• Strong understanding of Enterprise Business Systems such as ERP and CRM.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Both written and oral.
• Organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Solve complex problems with creative solutions.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently and as part of a global team.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a consulting environment.
• Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
• Thinks clearly and calmly under pressure.
• Emphasizes on client satisfaction.
• Ability to build strong relationships across client and project teams.

Considered as a plus:

• MS certifications a plus.
• Experience in working with Agile Methodology.
• Project management certification (PMP and/or PRINCE II).

Travel

Some travel may be required/Country and overseas travel expected.
