We are seeking an experienced D365 Operations Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and Advanced Warehouse Management to lead enterprise transformation initiatives and optimize business operations. This role is ideal for professionals who can bridge business requirements with technology solutions while driving successful implementations, process improvements, and operational excellence.
As a D365 Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management projects, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering scalable solutions that enhance warehouse operations, inventory management, procurement, and supply chain performance. You will play a strategic role in solution design, implementation, user adoption, and continuous optimization across enterprise environments.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions.
- Design and deploy Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS) processes to improve inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and operational productivity.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable D365 functional solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Configure supply chain modules including procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, production, and logistics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and system adoption.
- Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities to optimize supply chain workflows and warehouse operations.
- Support data migration, system integrations, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
- Provide functional guidance, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support to ensure system stability and performance.
- Develop user documentation, conduct training sessions, and promote best practices for Dynamics 365 operations.
- Monitor solution performance, recommend enhancements, and ensure compliance with business and operational standards.
- 6+ years of experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365, Supply Chain Management, and Advanced Warehouse Management.
- Solid understanding of inventory management, procurement, warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into effective D365 functional solutions.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse optimization, inventory control, and operational best practices.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in enterprise implementation projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
