D365 Integration Architect

About the context

The D365 ‘HERO’ Programme is a multi-year global transformation Programme in Finance & Operations implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 across all our regions. HERO aims to harmonise multiple regional ERPs existing globally, while respecting our divisional operating models and métier specificities. It will create a standardized, single global core ERP model, based on the SaaS Microsoft D365 F&O platform.

Your role @ Chanel

Oversee the functioning of the HERO solution with other systems/applications in the technology ecosystem, in a complex landscape with highly integrated systems. This role will bring D365 functional expertise and knowledge with technical understanding for integration teams to build, implement and run integrations across the multi-instance D365. Thus, owning integration design patterns, tools, and processes, maintain a view of all integrations to ensure overall solution integrity and simplify the landscape

• Actively participate in the blueprinting sessions to understand business requirements
• Lead the integration of the End-to-End solution consistency across D365 ecosystem with critical systems like POS, WMS, EDI
• Conduct Fit/Gap Analysis and identify technical solutions for gaps, working closely with D365 Solution architect and Product teams
• Plan environments for solution deployment in a multi-instance global landscape
• Create detailed technical architecture and design documents for customizations, integrations, and data migration, collaborating with technical partners and regional teams
• Provide guidance to the development partners and testing teams on the overall solution
• Participate in estimations for changes and enhancements to the system
• Take ownership of the D365 integration architecture, working closely with the D365 head of architecture and Global / Regional / divisions  IT teams
• Ensure solution built meets the business requirements and is compliant with leading practice and Chanel security policies from D365 perspective
• Plan technical cutovers and deployments, working closely with Deployment teams and partners
• Support BAU/ Run operations for major incidents triage and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

What you will bring:

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, understanding of Microsoft Azure IPAAS and integrations leading practices
• Expertise in technical, functional, and deployment architecture of Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Advance knowledge about performance management and improvement around Microsoft technologies (SQL, D365 batch, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O development and customization aspects with hands- on experience in X++ development
• Good understanding of solution architecture and design concepts
• Understanding of overall system integrations using Azure integration platform (IPAAS) and other integrations technologies
• Understanding of functional modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sales & Marketing, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management
• Experience with at least three implementations using Dynamics 365 F&O and AX 2012
• Experience working in Agile methodology
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audience, all level of the organisation
• Leadership attitude, client oriented and performance minded
• Strong skills at ‘connecting the dots, excellent attention to details while being able to see the big picture.
• A great collaborative and team spirit and strong interpersonal and influencing skills to enable you to propose the right choice, validate the good decision, build community, … within the multiple partners in the company.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed.
• Fluent in English, French is a plus
