What this role is all about
Join our ERP team and help shape the future of our business applications landscape.
You'll work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and the Microsoft Power Platform to improve business processes, deliver automation, and support digital transformation across a global organization operating in 100+ companies.
We're looking for someone who can understand business challenges, identify what matters most, and translate requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
What you will do
- Analyse, model, and improve business processes
- Gather requirements and design solutions in D365 Finance & Operations
- Drive automation, integration, and digitalization initiatives using Microsoft technologies
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and solve operational challenges
- Support ERP operations and continuous improvement activities
- Deliver user training and day-to-day functional support
- Collaborate on reporting, data quality, and business visibility initiatives
What makes you a strong fit
- 3+ years of experience with D365 Finance & Operations, AX 2012, or another enterprise ERP solution
- Strong business analysis and process modelling skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
- Understanding of one or more business domains such as P2P, O2C, R2R, or Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Curious and continuously learning
- Interested in both technology and business processes
- Proactive, self-driven, and outcome-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing, international environment
- Focused on solving business problems, not just implementing requirements
