In this exciting time of scaling our product and innovating the company with best-in-class business applications, we are looking for a D365 Finance and Operations Technical Engineer to join our growing team! In this role you will be responsible for administering and providing technical expertise for Dynamics 365 F&O. The goal is to support implementation project cycles and provide 1st level support for business users, while also playing a major role in creating our future business applications strategy together with the Business Applications team.
What you'll be doing:- Providing technical expertise for projects within the Business Application portfolio, more precisely Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Ensuring product quality for end users.
- Oversee and ensure that user requirements in business applications are developed with standards.
- Create solutions for customers to extend the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Participating in developing functional requirements and diagrams for business processes.
- Ability to carry out gap analysis.
- Participating in regular meetings with internal and external clients.
- Continue to expand knowledge and expertise in Business Applications portfolio.
- Participating in data migration using various technologies.
- Managing RSAT and participating in upgrades of various Business Applications.
- Perform quality control over customizations from external partners.
- Take ownership over development, deployment and change management (DevOps and Jira).
- Developing integrations between D365 tools and other finance eco systems.
- Managing security for D365 Finance and Operations.
- Managing D365 FINOPS through Power Platform Admin Center
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience developing solutions and integrations for D365 Finance and Operations (X++/.NET).
- Understanding of common design patterns for D365 Finance and Operations.
- Experience in implementing various Business Applications.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, LCS, RSAT, SQL, PPAC
- System analysis and troubleshooting
- Understanding of cloud-based ERPs
- Experience with creating documentation and diagrams of customer processes.
- Advance knowledge of UML diagrams
- SSRS and Power BI Reporting
- Familiar with ERP implementation methodologies.
- Familiar with Power Platform and it’s components.
- Preferably a master's degree, minimum a bachelor's degree
- Base in Zagreb, Bucharest, Madrid, or Malta
