About the role

• You will be responsible for analysis, design, building, and configuration. applications of D365 FO custom functionality to meet business process and application requirements
• Your nature of work will be spread across one or more development, support, maintenance, and implementation of complex project modules
• You will be creating technical design documents and other technical deliverables per the project processes
• You will collaborate with the project’s architect and/or integration analyst to understand the design considerations, review designs, align, and adhere solutions to industry best practices
• Apart from development, you will also provide technical support in troubleshooting, performance optimization, code modifications for post-go-live enhancements
• You will be an individual member - independently work on your deliverables and complete them on time
• You will be a team player - supporting other team members in your project, providing clarifications / suggesting best practices in software development; and sharing your knowledge with other team members; and via the company’s blogs
• As a member of an experienced-energetic-rapid development project team, you will regularly communicate with the rest of the team, sharing your information on your deliverables and blockers, providing, and seeking support from the rest of the project team

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 7 years of hands-on development in Finance and Operations platform (Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 FO) with the last 1.5 years being hands-on development in Dynamics 365 FO
• In-depth knowledge of X++ programming
• In-depth knowledge in developing and updating SSRS reports and Forms
• In-depth knowledge, of extension methodologies and customizing D365 FO modules
• In-depth knowledge in the installation and configuration of Finance and Operation modules and add-ons
• Good understanding of software development life cycle in the D365 environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Information

• Hands-on expertise in application integration framework (DIXF and DMF)
• Hands-on expertise in building and deploying D365 packages using Dynamics Retail SDK
• Hands-on expertise in building and consuming Data Entities (OData)
• Hands-on expertise in integration projects using Power Apps and Azure Logic Apps
• Hands-on expertise in integrations/data migrations with legacy and other ERP applications, web services, and extensions
• Understanding of industry best practices on enterprise integration patterns, B2B and B2C patterns
• Possess Dynamics 365 FO Certifications
